Shipping, Return & Refund
Online orders are processed next business day (excluding holidays). During the checkout process, you will be informed on lead time and cost based on destination, size and weight of the product. For larger items such as furnishings, an additional fee will apply depending on size and weight. Domestic orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. International orders are shipped via DHL Express Worldwide. Customers are responsible for all import taxes, duties, and carrier fees.
DeFrenS does not have an in-house delivery service. All shipments and deliveries are carried out via third party companies. DeFrenS is not liable for any damages after the product has left their warehouse.
Returns are only accepted and refunded for delivery of the wrong item. They will be processed within 7 days after delivery (original receipt required) in the original payment form. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. All other sales are final, not returnable nor refundable.
