Made from Trebbiano grapes native to Modena, Italy, Leblanc's aged balsamic of subtly tart and sweet flavors. The aging process that occurs in oak barrels lends the vinegar its dark color and outstanding quality. Despite being lighter and less syrupy than other 12 year aged vinegars, this balsamic still works amazingly as a finishing dressing that can greatly enhance meats, cheeses, vegetables, and fruits.
